Agile Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Agile Technical Delivery Manager leads and executes the DevOps strategy in a full-time remote role, focusing on system reliability, CI/CD pipeline management, and Agile execution to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable and efficient DevOps strategy while managing the DevOps backlog
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Facilitate Agile practices and remove blockers to help the team achieve sprint goals effectively

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
• Agile Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
• Proactive and outcome-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
