Agile Transformation Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders in transitioning from project-centric to product-oriented delivery
• Facilitate workshops and support the evolution of governance and funding models
• Provide hands-on coaching to various roles including Product Managers and Delivery Managers

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach or similar role
• Proven success in coaching teams through project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transitions
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles and product management practices
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise transformations is preferred
• Relevant agile certifications are preferred
