Agile Transformation Coach
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and leaders in transitioning from project-centric to product-oriented delivery
- Facilitate workshops and provide hands-on coaching to product and delivery teams
- Partner with leadership to align governance, funding models, and delivery metrics
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or Delivery Transformation Coach
- Proven success in coaching transitions from project to product and waterfall to agile
- Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, and product management practices
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Relevant agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, SAFe SPC) preferred
