Agile Transformation Coach
Job Summary
Driving Agile transformation at the Domain level and beyond, the full-time Agile Transformation Coach will coach Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and Business Leaders while championing Agile practices and cultural evolution in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Agile adoption at the Domain and Enterprise levels, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Mentor and develop Agile Delivery Leads to enhance Agile execution across Pods/Sub-domains
- Design internal Agile training and certification programs in collaboration with the EPMO Learning Solutions team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach leading Agile adoption
- Strong knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification required
- Experience mentoring senior leadership and teams in Agile methodologies
