Agile Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary agile methodology expert, the full-time Agile Transformation Lead will coach project teams in Scrum practices, drive continuous improvement in agile delivery, and ensure alignment between teams in both cloud modernization and legacy system maintenance efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program's agile framework while mentoring team-level scrum masters
• Facilitate program-level ceremonies and collaborate with government stakeholders to align agile practices with mission objectives
• Optimize cross-team collaboration and ensure effective implementation of agile principles across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading agile teams, with at least 3 years in multi-team program settings
• Proven experience scaling agile practices across 8+ concurrent teams with 100+ total team members
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and understanding of DevOps practices
