Agile Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader for a contract role, the remote position will assess current Agile practices in healthcare IT, develop an enterprise Agile strategy and governance framework, and guide adoption across multiple application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current Agile practices, governance, and organizational maturity
• Develop the Enterprise Agile Strategy, Governance Framework, and implementation roadmap
• Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leadership and Agile teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare IT or enterprise project delivery
• 5+ years leading Agile transformations and governance initiatives
• Demonstrated experience developing Agile strategies and governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change
