Agreement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agreement Specialist (Contract Analyst II).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trials and vendor relationships
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
• Preferred experience as an attorney with knowledge of clinical trial contracting
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
