Agreement Specialist with JD

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to ensure compliance and accuracy in clinical trial agreements, the remote Agreement Specialist with JD will manage contract deliverables, negotiate terms, and maintain records while supporting cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts and legal documents related to clinical trial activities
• Negotiating contract terms with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate records of contract status and providing guidance on contract-related matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline; Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
• Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with contract redlining and electronic signature platforms
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and contract lifecycle management is preferred
