Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-to-large size portfolio, focusing on expanding customer relationships and ensuring credit quality
• Partner with other officers to administer commercial banking relationships and provide customer service to clients
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and match client needs with appropriate bank products

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of commercial banking or lending experience, including credit underwriting
• Advanced knowledge of credit, underwriting, and financial acumen
• Ability to interpret loan contracts, credit reports, and financial statements
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and time management abilities
