Agricultural Content Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reviewer for the RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review 2000 Q&A pairs from farmers using the evaluation tool provided
• Enhance and refine Q&A content to improve quality and effectiveness
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with quality standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Climate Science, Gender Studies, Agricultural Extension, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of climate-smart agriculture and gender-responsive approaches
• Experience reviewing, editing, or developing technical agricultural content
• Familiarity with AI-generated or digital advisory content is an added advantage
