Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of agricultural credit, accounting, and financial statement analysis
• Two to four years of leadership experience
• Proficient analytical skills related to asset collateral documentation
