Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full credit lifecycle, including financial data collection, credit analysis, and deal presentation
• Build and maintain multi-year cash flow projection models and conduct financial scenario analyses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, facilitating communication and document collection during the underwriting process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agricultural lending
• Proven track record of $100M minimum in approved loan volume
• Strong competency in complex modeling using Google Sheets
• Expertise in loan structuring, credit analysis, and risk/scenario analysis
• Commitment to disciplined credit practices and long-term portfolio health
