Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist to enhance customer experience with their products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and dealers to optimize product performance and efficiency
• Execute education and training on products and technology offerings
• Assist with product demonstrations and support dealers during customer visits

Required Qualifications

• College or technical school degree with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in the agricultural industry
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products in the agricultural sector
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, finance, business administration, or equivalent agricultural experience
• Salesforce CRM experience and 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel
• 1+ years' experience with agricultural or industrial equipment or associated technology products
