Agriculture and Gender Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agriculture and Gender Field Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise climate change adaptation and gender-related activities under the BRCCJ project
• Support the selection and training of 200 Climate Wise Women in collaboration with relevant committees
• Report on project progress and challenges on a monthly basis to the project management unit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field
• At least one year of proven experience in agriculture, gender, climate change, and water use efficiency activities
• Working knowledge of English and Arabic
• Must be a national of Jordan or hold a residency permit
