Job Summary
Seeking an innovative finance leader, the full-time Associate Director, Agriculture Finance will manage key projects and strategies within a global agriculture finance initiative, collaborating with TNC global teams and partners to design and implement sustainable finance solutions aimed at transforming food systems and addressing climate change, with flexible remote or hybrid work options available.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of complex projects and strategic initiatives within the global agriculture finance initiative
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including UNEP and WEF, to support TNC's 2030 goals
- Participate as a member of the IFACC Steering Group, contributing to decision-making and strategy development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a leading conservation organization
- Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale projects with various stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing complex projects in unstructured environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex agreements
- Experience working with sustainability and finance issues in the agribusiness sector
