Agriculture Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

Seeking an innovative finance leader, the full-time Associate Director, Agriculture Finance will provide business, financial, and economic expertise to address conservation challenges, supporting the development of a global agriculture finance initiative while collaborating with various partners in a remote, hybrid, or in-office capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key projects and direct strategies within the global agriculture finance initiative
• Collaborate with TNC global teams, field teams, UNEP, WEF, and other partners to design and implement the initiative
• Support the Director of Agriculture Finance in building the new global initiative based on prior successes in Latin America

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a conservation organization
• Experience developing and implementing complex projects in unstructured environments
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience negotiating complex agreements
• Strong relationships in the financial and agribusiness sectors
