Agronomy Enablement Lead
Job Summary
Providing advanced agronomic expertise, the remote Agronomy Enablement Lead will deliver consultative support to commercial teams and growers, lead field diagnostics, and develop product placement strategies to enhance grower outcomes and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced agronomic support through field diagnostics, product performance evaluations, and product placement recommendations that drive customer success
- Lead and support field development programs for emerging products, technologies, and innovative agronomic solutions, including data collection and performance assessment
- Analyze agronomic and telemetry data to provide actionable insights and decision-support recommendations for commercial teams and growers
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science, or related field required; PhD preferred
- 6+ years of progressive agronomic experience following advanced education
- Experience providing agronomic recommendations and supporting commercial sales efforts
- Experience conducting field trials, product evaluations, and agronomic research preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in crop production systems and field diagnostics
