Job Summary
Leading the execution of agronomy and innovation strategy at the division level, the full-time Agronomy Enablement Manager will develop a high-performing team to deliver expert, science-based solutions while supporting commercial objectives across South Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the strategic direction for Agronomy and Innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing agronomy enablement team through coaching and mentoring
- Oversee the SGS MAP program and support the development and evaluation of agronomic innovation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science, or related discipline required; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of progressive agronomic experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or technical professionals
- Experience leading agronomic programs or research initiatives that support commercial objectives
- Experience collaborating with universities, researchers, and industry stakeholders preferred
