Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Advisor (Telehealth Doctor) to guide the launch of its telehealth services in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an overview of regulations and guidelines for online asynchronous prescribing services
• Complete a report assessing the clinical model for online prescribing of GLP-1 prescriptions for weight loss and erectile dysfunction
• Conduct a one-hour interview to discuss findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Approved medical degree (AMC-recognised)
• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience in the local online telehealth industry
• Knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards from national organizations
• Experience with GLP-1 prescriptions and online asynchronous consultations
