AI Adoption Consultant

Job Summary

To drive AI adoption outcomes across an enterprise client portfolio, the full-time AI Adoption Consultant will own the end-to-end deployment of Section Coach, design and execute adoption programs, and facilitate live client sessions to promote sustained LLM usage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete Section Coach deployment for clients, ensuring ongoing optimization and usage
• Design and implement adoption programs, including engagement events and communications campaigns
• Facilitate live sessions to energize and guide enterprise employees towards effective AI integration

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation efforts with accountability for outcomes
• Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges and strategies for driving behavior change
• Proven experience facilitating sessions with enterprise audiences
• Extensive experience using AI tools and ability to teach their application to others
• Strong written communication skills tailored for diverse client audiences
