AI Adoption Consultant

Job Summary

Owning AI adoption outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time AI Adoption Consultant will drive sustained LLM usage through Section Coach, design and execute adoption programs, and facilitate live client sessions while monitoring engagement metrics to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end deployment of Section Coach for clients, ensuring ongoing optimization and usage
• Design and implement adoption programs, including workshops and communications campaigns to enhance LLM usage
• Facilitate live sessions independently, engaging enterprise employees and guiding them through the adoption process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation with a focus on multi-stakeholder engagements
• Proven ability to drive behavior change in workforce through AI adoption programs
• Experience facilitating sessions for enterprise audiences and energizing participants
• Strong written communication skills for creating client-facing materials and messaging
• Self-directed with a strong ownership mentality, capable of managing multiple accounts effectively
