Job Summary
To support organizational readiness and change execution for AI products, the experienced AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on developing change management plans, communication strategies, and learning resources to enhance AI adoption across stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI change impact assessments and develop adoption and change management plans
- Create tailored communication materials and coordinate AI awareness activities
- Design persona-based learning journeys and deliver workshops to support AI onboarding and enablement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supporting organizational change for technology or AI-enabled product rollouts
- Familiarity with change management principles and user-centered design
- Proven ability to design scalable learning programs and training assets
- Strong writing and executive communication skills
- Experience engaging global or matrixed stakeholder groups
