Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Leader, AI Adoption & Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured change and adoption plans for data platforms and AI-powered workflows
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and aligning on delivery roadmaps
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and analytics change programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management for data and AI transformations
• 4+ years of consulting experience managing concurrent engagements
• Proven experience with the full change lifecycle and OCM methods
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and AI-enabled workflows
• Familiarity with change management frameworks applied to AI and data initiatives
