Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Adoption Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-technical aspects of the AI adoption lifecycle to ensure solutions provide measurable business value
• Design and deliver training programs and resources to enhance AI literacy among employees
• Collaborate with business units for workflow analysis and automation strategy, ensuring alignment with technology standards

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in agency marketing/communications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI models
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training and enablement programs
• Proven success in driving AI adoption or automation initiatives within communications or marketing teams
• Experience managing projects involving change management and stakeholder engagement
