Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Adoption Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-technical aspects of the AI adoption lifecycle to ensure measurable business value
• Design and deliver training programs and resources to enhance AI literacy across the organization
• Collaborate with business units to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI models
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimizing AI outputs
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Demonstrated success in driving AI adoption or automation initiatives
• Experience in managing change management projects and stakeholder engagement
