AI Adoption Lead

Job Summary

Owning AI adoption outcomes across an enterprise client portfolio, the full-time AI Adoption Lead will manage the end-to-end deployment of Section Coach, design and execute adoption programs, and facilitate live client sessions to drive sustained LLM usage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Section Coach deployment, ensuring ongoing optimization and driving usage
• Design and execute adoption programs, including activations, engagement events, and tailored communications campaigns
• Facilitate live client sessions, effectively engaging enterprise employees to promote behavioral change

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years in consulting or internal digital transformation efforts with accountability for complex engagements
• Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges and strategies for driving lasting behavior change
• Experience facilitating live sessions for enterprise audiences
• Proficiency in using AI tools and modeling their application for others
• Strong written communication skills for client-facing materials and internal messaging
