Job Summary

AI Adoption Manager, a full-time position through November 2026, is responsible for leading AI utilization strategy, conducting workflow audits, and developing training programs to ensure effective adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audits of workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop an AI adoption roadmap
• Design and implement the organization's AI training strategy, including materials and workshops
• Serve as the internal AI authority, providing actionable recommendations and building governance structures for AI use

• Demonstrated experience in leading AI adoption or change management initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to assess needs and build roadmaps
• Proven ability to train and upskill teams with measurable results
• Deep familiarity with engineering, product, and operations workflows
