AI Adoption Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful rollout and sustained use of AI capabilities, the full-time remote AI Adoption Manager will develop training programs, measure adoption metrics, and create strategies for scaling AI usage across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute programs to enhance understanding and effective use of AI capabilities across departments
• Measure adoption metrics and identify barriers to ensure effective scaling of AI solutions
• Create strategies for broad adoption and commercialization of AI capabilities, gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in adoption, enablement, training, or change management initiatives
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and a solid grasp of their application in business workflows
• Strong stakeholder engagement and community-building skills, with experience in tracking adoption metrics
• Experience in cross-functional environments and a preference for candidates with prior AI tool adoption experience
