AI Adoption Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving AI adoption across a 3,000-person aviation software organization, the full-time remote AI Adoption Program Manager will manage the configuration and integration of AI platforms, develop engagement strategies, and serve as a subject-matter expert to support various teams in utilizing AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run a multi-channel adoption program, including training and community engagement
• Own the configuration of enterprise AI platforms and maintain integrations with existing tools
• Define and instrument adoption KPIs, contributing to monthly and quarterly reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role involving platform operations and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise AI platforms, including user permissions and admin APIs
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure concepts and basic scripting for integration debugging
• Demonstrated ability to design and run internal programs, including training and measurement
• Strong written communication skills for creating documentation and presentations
