AI Advisory Leader

Job Summary

Leading client engagements from strategy to execution, the full-time AI Advisory Leader will develop and implement AI workforce transformation plans while managing a portfolio of clients and facilitating stakeholder workshops to drive AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessment and execution
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to align on goals and progress on AI adoption
• Build change management programs to drive workforce engagement with AI tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in organizational consulting or digital transformation
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs and AI capabilities for workforce deployments
• Experience with change management principles and tactics
• Proven sales experience in consulting services with revenue responsibility
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
