AI Agent Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design and implement AI-driven solutions for analytics in retail and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-agent workflows using Copilot Studio, LangChain, and Databricks Agent Bricks
• Architect pipelines connecting various data feeds into real-time copilots
• Manage agent lifecycle and enforce governance practices for AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI/ML
• Experience shipping production-ready agentic or RAG solutions
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in building APIs or automation pipelines
• Hands-on experience with either Databricks Lakehouse or Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
