AI Agent Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal AI Agent Engineer (Sales, Marketing, CS, and Ops).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for various operational tasks
• Integrate tools and ensure quality standards for agent performance and reliability
• Drive adoption of AI agents through effective documentation and user-friendly interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (backend, integrations, automation)
• Production coding experience in Python and/or Node/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Docker for shipping containerized services
• Experience building AI-enabled applications focused on reliability and evaluation
• Familiarity with agent SDKs/frameworks and orchestration patterns
