AI Agent Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of next-generation AI applications, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will architect and implement agentic frameworks, build intelligent agents for investigative tasks, and extend LLM infrastructure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement a robust agentic framework for tool use, context retrieval, memory, and planning
• Build intelligent, modular agents that automate investigative tasks and enhance analyst decision-making
• Extend and scale LLM infrastructure, including prompt engineering and evaluation loops

Required qualifications

• Strong engineering background with experience in backend or systems work, preferably in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and tooling frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases
• Comfort with agentic pipelines and optimizing information flow into AI systems
• Thoughtful system design approach with a focus on safety, scalability, and explainability
• Experience with knowledge graphs, task orchestration, or AI safety is a plus
