AI Agent Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI practice, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agent systems for clients while driving internal automation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agent systems for clients, leading technical discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities
• Own the internal agent automation roadmap, developing reusable architectures and contributing to the consultancy's thought leadership
• Mentor other engineers on AI patterns and tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI agent systems deployed in production environments
• Deep working knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI
• Experience with agent design patterns including prompt engineering and agent memory management
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing technical conversations and present to senior stakeholders
