AI Agent Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and owning the agent harness layer, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will develop autonomous workflows, implement robust evaluation loops, and optimize model strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the agent harness layer to support agent-driven app generation
• Develop long-horizon workflows with a focus on autonomy and reliability
• Create and implement evaluation frameworks, including regression testing and failure taxonomies

Required qualifications

• Experience building agentic systems and managing context through APIs or frameworks like LangGraph and Vercel AI SDK
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, particularly in Python and/or TypeScript
• Proven track record of shipping and operating production systems
• Ability to translate user-experience goals into system-design decisions
• Experience with distributed or real-time systems
