AI Agent Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the development of system prompts and agent skills, the full-time AI Agent Engineer will write, maintain, and evaluate instructions for AI agents that address customer problems, all while working remotely from Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system prompts and agent skills for AI agents addressing invalid traffic and analytics
- Version changes and measure agent behavior against evaluations to ensure effectiveness in real customer scenarios
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the functionality of the IQ Agent and Analytics MCP, as well as client IVT investigator agents
Required qualifications
- Experience in engineering roles focused on AI or machine learning
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining technical documentation and prompts
- Familiarity with evaluating and versioning software changes
- Background in developing user-facing AI solutions or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of customer problem-solving through AI applications
