AI Agent Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation, the full-time remote AI Agent Implementation Specialist will build and implement AI agents for marketing workflows, administer the Marketo platform, and support critical MarTech integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations while ensuring platform health
• Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems
• 2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, etc.)
• Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems
