Job Summary
Owning the CS tooling stack, the full-time remote AI Agent Manager will manage AI agent deployment, improve customer success operations, and enhance workflow efficiency through innovative automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and manage AI agents, defining standards for their development, testing, and maintenance
- Administer and continuously improve the customer success tooling stack, ensuring data integrity and reporting infrastructure
- Produce reports on key metrics like retention and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for automation
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years in Customer Success Operations or a related B2B SaaS role
- Hands-on experience with AI agent deployment, particularly in building LLM-based automations
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals and the ability to iterate on agent reliability
- Familiarity with data privacy considerations, especially regarding customer data handling
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and agent copy refinement
