AI Agentic Consultant

Job Summary

To drive organizational transformation, the full-time AI Agentic Consultant will work remotely to identify business friction points and architect autonomous workflows using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, ensuring AI agents deliver tangible ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Line of Business leaders to map manual workflows to autonomous capabilities and conduct audits to identify solvable friction points
• Lead the development of business cases and establish ROI metrics that connect AI usage to quantifiable outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, facilitating data-driven workshops and enabling non-technical users to build custom agents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or strategic sales, preferably focused on SaaS or AI transformation
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and the Agent Developer Kit (ADK)
• Expertise in TCO/ROI modeling and articulating technical benefits to C-Level stakeholders
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and structured evaluation processes
• Exceptional discovery skills to uncover underlying business process motivations
