AI Agentic Workflow Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming Build & Release Engineering, the full-time AI Agentic Workflow Engineer will develop AI-powered workflows to automate software delivery, build diagnostics, release management, and enhance developer productivity, working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered workflows that optimize software build, release, CI/CD, and developer productivity processes
• Build intelligent automation to proactively detect build failures, analyze root causes, and improve software delivery reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and modernize workflows, contributing to guidelines and technical direction for AI-assisted development

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows
• Experience with CI/CD systems and source control tools such as Git or Perforce
• Familiarity with build systems like CMake, Bazel, or similar technologies
