A company is looking for an AI Algorithm Engineer specializing in Agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agent Systems using ReAct and multi-agent frameworks
• Optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines for efficient data processing and retrieval
• Conduct LLM training and alignment for improved model performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing AI systems, focusing on RAG, Agent architectures, or LLM training
• Proficiency in Python and key ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end RAG pipeline development, AI Agent frameworks, or advanced LLM training techniques
• Passion for Web3 and AI is a plus
