A company is looking for an Agentic AI Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer discovery and validate use cases by collaborating with sales and customer success teams
• Analyze product usage and behavioral signals to identify automation opportunities
• Prototype and scope new agent concepts, monitoring agent performance and refining prompts and strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, or technical customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise software
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration frameworks is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on medium-scope initiatives
• Skilled at gathering data and proposing data-driven solutions
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working across engineering and design partners
