AI Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed AI Analyst will engage with client teams to identify and automate workflows, build AI prototypes, and measure productivity and ROI while training with Makai's engineering and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery tasks by interviewing client Subject Matter Experts and mapping existing workflows
- Propose automation solutions, collaborate on specifications, and develop prototypes on Makai's platform
- Manage the rollout of successful prototypes, measuring productivity and return on investment
Required qualifications
- Experience in building products, tools, or processes, either academically or professionally
- Proficiency in programming or data-analysis languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, and backend services
- Demonstrated leadership in clubs, teams, or high-pressure projects
- Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, and financial or operating models
