AI and Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI and Analytics Lead - Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Generative AI systems for enterprise analytics
• Architect LLM-based workflows and integrate AI capabilities with analytics platforms
• Establish operational excellence and define AI & Analytics quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, analytics, or enterprise data platforms
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and related systems in production
• Proven experience with end-to-end analytics platforms and ETL pipelines
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and Autonomous Data Warehouse
• Proficiency in Python and SQL / PL/SQL; experience with R is a plus
