AI and Data Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI and Data Governance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize the enterprise AI and data governance program, including steward network development and enablement
• Administer AI governance operations and manage data governance resources, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Facilitate governance council meetings, develop policies, and align governance activities with organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, or related program coordination role
• Demonstrated experience in building and coordinating cross-functional steward networks or communities of practice
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and AI/ML lifecycle
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and responsible AI practices
