AI and Data Portfolio Director

Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of technology projects, the full-time AI and Data Portfolio Director will oversee strategic planning, governance, and execution while mentoring a team of project professionals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective management of the technology portfolio through planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio health, risks, and financials to executive stakeholders
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a portfolio/program/project management environment, preferably within a PMO
• Experience in business operations and technology, particularly in enterprise technology change management
• Familiarity with Data and/or AI project environments is a plus
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
