AI and Data Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI and Data Team Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on developing data-driven and AI-powered systems for cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and learning
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data pipelines and AI/ML applications to enhance offensive security capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
• Strong architectural understanding of LLM technologies and secure API integration with AI systems
• Proven experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines and managing secure data architectures
• Deep expertise with Python and AWS services relevant to data and ML operations
