AI and Machine Learning VP

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time VP II AI and Machine Learning will manage the Quality Assurance team, oversee software testing methodologies, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with ISTQB standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team in the creation and execution of software test plans and procedures
• Implement and promote software testing methodologies while driving process improvement initiatives
• Report on key QA metrics to senior leadership and represent QA in cross-functional project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or software testing, including leadership roles
• Experience with high-performance distributed computing technology and large data sets
• Proficiency in programming and testing tools such as SQL, UNIX/Linux, and HP Quality Center
• Demonstrated ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
