AI and ML Engineering Leader

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, the full-time remote Innovation & Engineering Efficiency Leader (AI, ML & LLMs) will lead AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model initiatives while focusing on organizational efficiency and continuous improvement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale AI, ML, and LLM engineering teams to foster innovation and technical excellence
• Define and execute the AI and advanced analytics roadmap from ideation to production deployment
• Drive organizational efficiency initiatives, including process optimization and productivity improvement programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong background in IT and software engineering with experience in AI, ML, and LLM-based solutions
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, MLOps, and AI lifecycle management
• Experience leading digital transformation or organizational efficiency initiatives
