AI Applications Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and delivering production-grade agentic AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Applications Engineer will manage end-to-end implementations, develop custom AI agents, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success in various industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Author scalable AI agents and build custom solutions that integrate with the Seeq platform and broader industrial technology stack
• Write production-quality Python code and manage API integrations while applying modern software engineering practices
• Create enablement kits and mentor partners and customers to scale agentic delivery globally

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI agent development and deployment
• Strong understanding of REST/HTTPS APIs and enterprise data ecosystems
• Experience in software engineering best practices, including version control and CI/CD
• Ability to design and implement solutions that leverage agent instruction and prompt engineering
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a customer-facing role
